A size chart is included on each listing, if applicable. If you are between sizes, follow the guidance on the size chart. Sizes & styles are standardized. I cannot customize the sizing, style, cut, length, etc.

SHIPPING / CUSTOMS CHARGES / IMPORT TAXES

Carefully check your shipping address. If your shipping address is incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of reshipment (when/if the item is returned to the seller by the postal service.)

Buyer is responsible for Customs Charges and Import Taxes required by your country.

CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES / DAMAGED ITEMS

Orders can ONLY be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order goes into production, it is being made for you and the order cannot be canceled.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not accept returns or exchanges. Because your item is made to order, I have assumed all the production costs. As an artisan, it is not feasible for my small business to accept returns like the “Big Box” stores that do millions in sales to offset their losses.

If you receive a damaged or defective item or the wrong item, please contact me right away. I will work with you to make it right.
